Q: How long does a free quote visit last?
A: At Smith’s we do not out stay our welcome we measure and design the Product of your choice showing you physical samples and leave you with a "down to the penny price" answering any questions you may have, all we ask for is around an hour of your time.
Q: How long after the initial sale can we have our Smith’s product installed?
A: With most Smith’s products it takes around 3-4 weeks, depending on planning permission for conservatories could be slightly longer. We Manufacture, Supply and Fit everything ourselves and all installers work solely on our behalf to guarantee a high standard of workmanship from start to finish
Q: What colours of PVC-U do you have?
A: We have various colours and styles available in all products to
suit any type of property new or old. Please call for more
details.
Q: Do you have Finance package available?
A: Yes we have a few to suit all customer requirements including a Buy now Pay later or a bank buster 6.9% apr, ask designer for more details on all our packages.
Q: We both work, can someone come to our house around 7pm?
A: We have designers working 7 days a week from 9am till 8.30pm
Q: Do we get a discount if we recommend someone?
A: Not only do you get a discount but we also offer a recommendation scheme were you receive money back to spend how you like
Q: Building work, do we have to arrange that ourselves? A: At Smith’s we take care of the whole job including any building work, planning permission and all ground work.
Q: Do you have showrooms?

Q: We have unusual shaped doors and windows?
A: We can design any shape or size as we manufacture all products, larger door spaces? Try our BI-Folding doors instead of French.
