Yesterday you completed a fairly extensive contract on my home which involved windows, facias, barge boards, cladding, guttering, front door and garage door. I am just writing to let you know how pleased we are with the work undertaken and the finished effect.

In this day and age when it is frankly quite difficult to ensure reliable and quality work, it has been a pleasure to deal with your company. I found Bob an excellent salesman, not too pushy, but polite and informative and prepared to spend time explaining technicalities. Keith your surveyor was most helpful and was vry patient In discussing any issues of concern to me. The two fitting crews, Phil and Robin, Gavin and Gary, were excellent. They worked long hours to ensure a quick completion of the job and were always very pleasant. Their standard of workmanship has been firstly class and they were very tidy, seeking to minimise disruption to the house and our life style during the job. I would like to take time to express my satisfaction with the whole Smith Glass Team – from Sales and marketing through manufacture to fitters, you have all done a most praiseworthy job.

I’LL make special mention of John and Mike who in no time, overcame formidable problems in fitting both patio doors due to the nature in how our previous doors were fitted and who returned to sort out small faults quickly and efficiently the very next day.

The whole project was carried out with the minimum of inconvenience to ourselves and I must say that our house is quite transformed.

Earlier this month your company installed upvc fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes to our bungalow. I wanted to write to you to express our thanks and delight at the excellent work carried out in the few days by your fitters when they were here.
